Scentropia Dark Blue (Heliotropium arborescens)
According to the little sign, this is a "fragrant heliotrope". They do smell nice, but I was most interested in the way the sunshine through the trees caused the little flowers to glow, seemingly with a light of their own.

It will end up as an irregular flower cluster containing may individual blossoms. I found these two blooming in my back yard, and liked the bright colors of the two together.

I'm pretty sure these are albiflorus. They're a treat to see on a pleasant early spring day.
