Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin (USA). This one isn't fair. I liked it because, if you ignore the cars and the other 20th century features, of which there are only a few, this has a sort of a Northfield MN and the James Gang feel. It's really just a quiet little stub of a street off the main drag though.
